For this case study, my team members and I took on the task of analyzing and improving the website navigation of Dinkytown, Minneapolis’ local business - "Bordertown Coffee” Shop. Our focus for this business was to create an accessible digital experience for its customers through a website redesign.

Background

Bordertown Coffee, found in Dinkytown, occupies a 1929 frat house and has been a cornerstone of the community since 2004.

Known for ethically sourced premium coffee beans, they offer a diverse menu featuring classic espresso, specialty drinks, teas, fresh juices, pastries, and lunch options.
